Bei 17 gesunden Lenten, 13 Hautkranken und 88 Syphilitikern habe ich die Liquorreaktion (Goldsol, Mastix, Weichbrodt, Nonne, Pandy, Takata-Ara, Zellen and WaR.) untersucht. Bei Gesunden und nicht luetischen Hautkranken war sie stets negativ, während sie in 73% bei Lues II, in 100% bei L. III, in 56% bei Frühlatens, in 60% bei Spätlatens und in 100% bei Tabes dorsalis pathologisch war. (Hier wurde der Liquor als pathologisch betrachtet, wenn über 3 Reaktionen positiv ausfallen.) Wenn WaR. im Blut positiv ist, ist der Liquor in 58% positiv (es sind hier 1-2 positive Liquorreaktionen auch enthalten); und wenn WaR. im Blut negativ ist, war er doch in 45% positiv. Unter den Reaktionen waren Pleocytose und Mastix in erster Stelle, dann Pandy, Goldsol, Weichbrodt, Takata-Ara und Nonne der Reihe nach empfindlich.
