The ferment inactivated at 70°C strengthens the action of both the fresh and dialyzed lipase and is reactivated by the ingredient of the serum. By centrifugalyzation, the inactive ferment is remained in its sediment. The cholic acid is entirely indifferent from both the inactive ferment at 70°C and serum lipase, but it reactivates the dialyzed pancreatic lipase. The function of the fresh pancreatic lipase reaches to the maximal point at certain period by adding cholic acid and thereafter its permanent effect is settled.
