理科実験活動における染色体観察の一工夫　―中学・高校生のゲノム伝達理解のために―

Protocols of a chromosome observation method described by Iwanami and Moriwaki were introduced. By contrast, the proposed an improves method of chromosome observation and explained how to make karyotype by microphotographs of chromosomes. Examples of chromosome spread and karyotype were here presenred and it was indicated that karyotype analysis is still a useful tool to understand genome transmission.
