| 抄録 | Basing on the theory presented in the previous report, the author described in the present report the new colorimetric methods for the estimation of the activities of cytochrome c oxidase and of cytochrome c-cytochrome oxidase system in tissue homogenates using neotetrazolium chloride in the presense of p-phenylenediamine with or without additional cytochrome c. Moreover, colorimetric estimation of cytochrome c-cytochrome oxidase system activity in various tissues such as the kidney, heart, liver, brains, and skeletal muscle was made using this methods.
