en-abstract=This is a report of the new type of lectures on the development of teaching plans and teaching materials attempted in the science class for 3rd grade students in the Department of Education Okayama Universlty. The students practiced the development of teaching plans and teaching materials, and they conducted their activities not only at university but also at the neighboring schools, the public hall, the science museum etc. We expected the development of further collaboration in the academic staffs in the science education course, and the science abilities will be helpful for the development of teaching plans and teaching materials.

en-abstract=In the present paper, meteorological background on the eastward propagating weather system around the Japan Islands learned at the 5th grade of the primary school, contents of a lecture on that for the students in our faculty including the teaching materials, and the effects
of the present lecture were discussed. In order for the students to find out the characteristics of the mid-latitude weather systems, such as the development of extratropical cyclones and anticyclones with their eastward propagation, the observation of the GMS satellite movies, etc. and the analyses of the sequence of surface weather maps were performed for the typical case in spring. Finally, examples of inadequate cases in the other seasons for the above study subject were presented in this lecture, such as in the winter monsoon or the Baiu seasons.
Although understanding of the relationship among the evolution of synoptic-scale cloud systems,
that of atmospheric systems and the associated atmospheric processes would not become so sufficient, the students seem to have found out the various facts on the development of extratropical cyclones and anticyclones propagating eastward.

を捉えさせるために,典型的な事例を用いて気象衛星画像の動画等の観察や地上天気図への記入作業を行わせた｡また,この単元の学習を春や秋以外の事例で行うことの不都合性に関して,低気圧通過後に冬型になる事例や梅雨前線が停滞する事例を検討させた｡広域の雲分布の振る舞いと大気システム･大
気過程との対応,あるいは日本の天気との関連についての相互関係の理解は不十分と見られるような課題は残ったが,高低気圧の発達を示す幾つかの重要な事実を捉える機会となった点は成果だと考える｡

kn-abstract=近年の社会状況の急激な変化は,教員養成教育のカリキュラムについても大きな変革を求めている｡特に,学校現場が求めているのは,学校が担っている今日的な教育課題を遂行していく実践的な指導力を備えた教員の養成である｡教育職員養成審議会がこれまでの答申の中で提示してきた,教員の養成段階において身につけさせるべき教員の資質能力について参考にし,今日的な教育課題も視野に入れながら,岡山大学教育学部が実践的指導力を育成するため取り組んできた,教育実習の在り方,教員養成カリキュラムの理念と再構築等について考察する｡さらに,中央教育審議会が2006年に提示した｢教職実践演習｣の特徴を検討すると共に,この科目が必修化されることから,本学部では,この科目を4カ年の教員養成カリキュラムの中に,どのように位置づけて,実践的な指導力のいっそうの向上を目指しているか等についても考察していく｡

en-abstract=The teaching guideline has been revised in 2008 from the current emphasis on the power of living under relaxed school curriculum toward a new goal of which 'acquisition,' 'application,' 'exploration' are some of the key words symbolic of the overall redirection. In line with the new policy teaching skills in mathematics education have been under consideration to fulfill the purpose of improved acquisition and exploration by cultivating the power of application. Under the current relaxed curriculum instruction content has been reduced by 30 percent, and teaching hours 14 percent. This has occasioned a widespread criticism of lowered performance on the part of students. The scholastic aptitude test
conducted in 2007 and 2008 on national scale has revealed their weakness in the ability of applying what they have learned. Thus the improvement of application power has emerged as an urgent problem to be tackled. In consequence the present paper tries to make clear the relative position of application ability in the scheme of acquisition, application, and exploration; on the basis of this we move on to discuss what we can do toward improving learners' application power in mathematics class.
kn-abstract=｢ゆとりの中で生きる力｣の育成を重視した学習指導要領が改訂され､｢習得｣｢活用｣｢探究｣を強調した新学習指導要領が2008年に告示された｡教育課程の国際的通用性が強調され､算数教育においても､習得と探究を活用でつなぐ授業改善が求められている｡ゆとり教育では､指導内容が30%､指導時数が14%縮減されたため､学力低下論議が過熱化してきている｡昨年度及び本年度とも実施された全国学力調査において､活用力には課題があると報告された｡このため､算数科においては活用力の育成が算数の授業改善の喫緊の課題としてクローズアップされている｡そこで､｢習得｣｢活用｣｢探究｣教育における｢活用｣の位置づけ明確にするとともに､算数科で活用力を育成するためにどんな授業改善をすべきか､その方策を検討する｡

en-abstract=This study is a report on the run skill of beginners of snowboarding intensive class. The skill test brought the following results.A ratio of the students who fell down at this test was 55.6% in the female group, and was 50.0% in the male group. All of the male group could do turns of the right and left alternation. However, about 40% of the female group could not do such turn at all or could not do without great difficulty. The average of the turn of the group of male was 9.8 times, and it of the group of female was 2.9 times. The numerical value of the female group was small (p<0.1). As a reason, it seems that the difference of physical resources between male and female. And next, it seems that the reason is in a variety of teaching methods of each coach. The group of the male needed time of 33.0 seconds on average for run and it of the group of female was 41.0 seconds. In comparison with the group of the experienced students, the male group spent time more 12.6%, and the surplus time of female group is 40.0%. The effectiveness of the skateboarding exercise before the class was not confirmed. As reasons it seemed that too few times of practice and too few students who belong to group of training were guessed.

en-abstract=The Teaching Profession Consultation Office was opened six years ago. In April 2008, we succeeded our predecessor Nishizaki to provide guidance to students wishing to become
teachers. Our guidance activities center on theses and essays, individual and group interviews, group discussions, mock classes, situational guidance, and role playing. Besides these, we provided career guidance, consultation on work as volunteers and lecturers, and any other matters that concerned the students or things they wished to try out. We were also inspired by the aggressiveness of the students who came to the office for consultation, and, as a teacher at the site of education, we made sure to provide guidance and assistance by focusing on enhancing qualities as a human being that enable students to demonstrate their skills and abilities as on-site teachers. As a result, we were able to increase the number of students who visit the office and who pass the teaching staff examination.
kn-abstract=教職相談室は､開設6年目となるが､本年4月より松原と山脇が前任者である西崎の後を受けつぎ､教員志望の学生の指導に当たっている｡指導の中心は､論作文､個人面接､集団面接､集団討論､模擬授業､場面指導､ロールプレイングなどであるが､その他に進路の相談､ボランティアや講師希望の相談など､学生の不安なこと､挑戦したいことなどの相談に当たった｡来室学生の積極性に我々も刺激を受け､現場の教師として力を発揮できる人間性の向上を中心に考えて､指導､支援した｡その結果､来室者の増加と合格者の増加を達成することができた｡

Three video-taped lessons were selected for the analyses. The frequency of social initiations and responses occurring in the problem-solving processes was computed in each lesson. The frequency was further analyzed in relation to the theme of the lesson, the problem to be solved, and the teacher's behaviors. The results indicated that positive
social interactions in problem-solving processes was associated with predictability of the activities, congruence between what the teacher wants his students to solve and what the students wants to solve, and facilitative ways of the teacher's interactions.
kn-abstract=本研究では,自閉症の児童の学習集団を対象とした授業を通じて,課題意識の変化の様子や人とかかわる力の変化の様子を明示し,変化の背景にある教師の工夫を明らかにすることを目的とした｡対象とした三つの授業では,題材選定や活動展開及び教師のかかわりなどの点において,授業者自身の評価に基づく改善を施していった｡結果では,活動の在り方によって,課題意識をもった主体的な姿に変わっていく様子や,逆に児童の活動が制限される様子,また,児童が明確な課題意識を維持･深化させながら,人とのかかわりもより積極的にしていく様子などが示された｡このような児童の行動の変化から,授業改善において,課題が明確になりやすい題材選択,さらに教師のかかわりにおける課題の修正や焦点化などが,課題解決や人とかかわる力の育成を可能にすることが示唆された｡

en-abstract=In this paper I analyzed the contents and the lesson plan of the teaching materials "The Holocaust" published in the U.S. to indicate the principle and the teaching method of the holocaust learning. In the social studies of Japan, there are some problems about teaching the issues of ethnic. In Japan teachers fail to make students understand
those issues on the basis of the social sciences. In this study I will exhibit how to improve the learning of the issues of ethnic in the social studies of Japan.
kn-abstract=本研究は､アメリカ合衆国で開発された教材『THE HOLOCAUST』の指導書である『THE HOLOCAUST A TEACHER'S GUIDE』の内容編成及び授業構成を分析し､ホロコースト学習の意義と方法を明らかにしようとするものである｡現在､わが国においては社会科地理､歴史､公民の各分野において民族問題の学習が行われているが､問題の追究の仕方や解決策の検討のさせ方などに問題を抱えている｡そのため､民族間題を取り上げた授業において､生徒の認識形成や意思決定は必ずしも科学的合理的なものとなっているとは言えない｡
よって､本研究では『THE HOLOCAUST』を分析して内容編成や授業構成の原理を解明した上で､我が国の社会科における民族問題学習の改善に対する示唆を得たいと考えている。

kn-abstract=本研究では､第1著者が所属する御南保育園の今日に至るまでの歴史を明らかにし､その内容を所属全保育士が振り返ることをとおして生じる意識変化について､自由記述の質問紙で調査し考察している｡今日の御南保育園の保育は､関係してきた園長や保育士達に子ども達への深い愛情と保育への強い情熱があり､それに外部の先生方の熱心な指導が加わった上での成果である｡その歴史を､保育士達が学び､あるいは､学び直し､共感的に理解することをとおして､保育士達の迷いは消え､現在の御南保育園の保育への自信と喜びが増し､今まで以上に学び合える組織風土になっている｡保育士の主体性と一体感
は強化され､これからの国の保育課程開発を強力に推進するための土台が形成されているといえる｡

en-title=Influence on Stress Reactions of Social Skill and Cognitive Appraisal in Junior High Students

en-abstract=The purpose of this study was to determine the relations between social skills and cognitive appraisal and stress responses in junior high school students. Moreover, we examined whether social skills coordinate influence on stress responses of cognitive appraisal(coordination effects). As results, gender differences were observed in influences on stress responses of cognitive appraisal and social skills. In males, stress responses were negatively associated with fundamental social skills such as "Behavior for participating in relations" and "Behavior for maintaining relations". In female sample, stress responses had negative associations with "controllability" of cognitive appraisal in addition to these fundamental social skills. Furthermore, stress responses were positively association with "Behavior for developing relations" in female. The coordination effects were confirmed in female partially. These findings were discussed.
kn-abstract=本研究の目的は､中学生を対象に､社会的スキルとストレッサーに対する認知的評価､ストレス反応の関係性を明らかにし､社会的スキルが､認知的評価のストレス反応への影響を調整する効果(調整効果)について検討することであった｡その結果､ストレス反応に対する社会的スキルと認知的評価の影響には男女差が認められ､男子ではストレス反応と｢関係参加行動｣・「関係維持行動｣という基礎的なスキルの間に負の関連が認められた｡一方女子では､それら2つの基礎的なスキルに加え､認知的評価の｢コントロール可能性｣とストレス反応の間にも負の関連が､｢関係向上行動｣とストレス反応との問には正の関連が認められた｡調整効果については､女子において部分的に確認された｡
