食道平滑筋腫の1例

Leiomyoma of the esophagus is a rare lesion. On this case that we reported, the right oblique chest radiogram showed the soft tissue mass in the mediastinum. The diagnosis was made by the barium swallow study. In this report, we chiefly discussed about the radiologic findings of the esophageal leiomyoma and differential diagnosis with extraesophageal tumors.
