The authors report a case of Cushing's syndrom with typical clinical pictures, that is, generalized adipositas, full moon face, cutaneous striae, hypertension, osteoporosis, hyperglycemia and excessive secretion of 17-ketosteroid and 17-hydrooxycorticoid. Although the patient had various clinical examination, the primary pathologic site was not found. It might be thought that the site is benign, since no general symptoms became worse during long course.
